I love going to this shop! Harley and Mo are always super helpful, answering any and all questions I have about my bike. They have a fast turnaround on service and they go above and beyond to make sure I’m happy when I leave. I trust them with all of my bikes (mountain, gravel, & road) and I recommend them to all of my friends.

I recently purchased my new bike, a 2025 Ripley Ibis, from Basecamp Cyclery in Denver, and I could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their customer service was wonderful. Even though my bike was scheduled to arrive a little later than planned, Harley went above and beyond to make sure it was built and ready in time for my trip to the Italian Dolomites. They even lent me a bike travel bag, which made my trip unforgettable. When I returned, I simply handed them back the bike in the travel bag, and their team put everything back together and gave it a final tune-up. Their promise of “satisfaction guaranteed” was more than just words—it was truly delivered. 5 stars – I had an incredible experience renting a Norco Optic from Base Camp Cyclery today. The bike ride was awesome, but what truly made it unforgettable was the exceptional service. The shop owner—who didn’t even have to come in—arrived on his day off to make sure I had the bike I needed. That level of dedication and going the extra mile, especially for someone connected through a friend, is absolutely unparalleled. I’ve been in a few shops in my time, and this is a great shop, you can tell by the pixels. But seriously, a great staff with a good selection of products. Highly recommended.

Took my mountain bike here for a warranty claim after another bike shop messed up the drop seat cable. They took a look at it, fixed it in an hour, and charged me $50. This was amazing because I was expecting this to take months. Long story short, the other bike shop tried to fix the drop seat issue, couldn't resolve it, and charged me $550 for a new drop seat, parts, and labor just for the drop seat to fail again... I will be taking my mountain bikes exclusively to this shop.

Although I haven’t purchased a bike from these guys yet, I had my bike serviced by them and also purchased gear. I’ve found everybody in the shop to be super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The bike service was top-notch…my ride nearly peddles itself up Mt Falcon these days😎 You won’t be disappointed. My next bike will be purchased from Base Camp! Thanks guys 🤙🏽

The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need just honest, high-quality service. Had a great experience at Base Camp. Walked in just looking around and found several things I had on my wishlist and a few things I didn't know were a thing that is now on my wishlist. Staff was helpful, friendly, and seemed well informed on all things cycling. I will definitely be coming back.

I visited Base Camp Cyclery for the first time today. I had a brake adjustment issue I couldn’t figure out. They were friendly and efficient and had me back on my bike in 10 mins. It’s great to find a shop close to me with excellent service! I’ll be back.

I bought my first bike from base camp and it was a great experience! They were very informative and patient with my 1 million questions! Harley was a great resource and I will be coming back soon! As I’m shopping for bikes for friends, fixing mine, or adding parts I’ll definitely be back. Laura was also a great resource to have for my girlfriend as MTB can be intimidating and she helped with her confidence!

My go to for any and all off road bike gear, parts and expertise. They are all straightforward and honest and aren’t trying to get you to buy something 24/7. Mo is my dude! Would recommend 10/10

I recently had open heart surgery to replace my mitral valve with a mechanical one and my heart rehabilitation clinical said once you leave here make sure you keep biking. Since then I had replaced my old mountain bike with a new one. I bought a new mtn bike on the basis the sales associate said “Everyone buys this one”. After 3 months on it I sold it and bought a gravel bike. It won't go everywhere like I hoped. My knowledge of bikes is very limited and after 12 bike store visits in multiple states I was just confused. Every bike store PUSHED a certain bike to purchase even if I hated the color for example. Basecamp Cyclery in Denver was different, Colin was so nice and a pleasure to deal with. I made a fantastic purchase with him and the bike is great for me.
