I only recently discovered we had this shop in Castle Rock. I've been in 3 times now to purchase some odds and ends and for various issues/questions on multiple bikes, and have been super impressed with the service I've received. Very competent and helpful; this is a LBS well worth supporting.

Castle Rock Location: I have ongoing issues with an e-bike that are very, very extensive. The owner, Harley has went to bat repeatedly with Bosch and Orbea in regards to said issues trying to find solutions to get me back out on the trail from multiple different angles. I won't go into detail, but I will give an example of him going to bat for me. I wanted to write an email to Orbea complaining of the issues in seeking a resolution. Harley, with a deeper knowledge of the issues from the back end, offered to write the email for me. 24 hours later done and done. I couldn't be happier with Base Camp.

Just wanted to share my experience with the Base Camp located in Castle Rock. Harley and his crew are so knowledgeable and helpful. I was just looking for some new grips and I got so much more! This is my go to shop and the one I recommend to my Mountain Biking friends!

When I'm riding in south metro Denver or when I'm pushing pedals down in Castle Rock, the MAC Base Camp is a frequent stop along my travels. This place is the spot whether to stock up for the ride ahead or replenish from the ride just finished. Thanks for keeping me on the trail.

Although I haven’t purchased a bike from these guys yet, I had my bike serviced by them and also purchased gear. I’ve found everybody in the shop to be super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I had a bike that hadn't been ridden in several years. It was in rough shape. I took it to Base Camp Cyclery for a tune-up. Harley was great to work with! He answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel stupid for asking them. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything. He went through the entire bike, told me exactly what it would cost to get it riding again. When I picked it up, it looked like it was new out of the box. I highly recommend this bike shop and I will definitely be back to give them my business.

Had a great experience at Base Camp. Walked in just looking around and found several things I had on my wishlist and a few things I didn't know were a thing that is now on my wishlist. Staff was helpful, friendly, and seemed well informed on all things cycling. I will definitely be coming back.

What a great bike shop. Amazing customer service. They took the time to help me with my bike problems. They helped educate me on how to fix a few problems on my bike before needing to do bigger more expensive fixes. I will bring all of my business to base camp from now on. I really enjoyed the way I was treated. I would give more stars if I could.

Great service at a good location. Stopped by for a quick service on my bike and was taken care of professionally and quickly and ready to ride in just a few minute with none of the elitist bike shop attitude I experience at many other locations around the Metro area. Will definitely be back to this shop the next time my bike needs work!
